He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Roberts and Mary Roberts (Hills); and his brother Mark Roberts. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelby Chumley (Kyle) of Jacksonville, Jennifer Evans (Seth Smith) of Jacksonville and Sarah Bergschneider (Luke Poore) of Jacksonville; his stepchildren, Nicholas Carl and Stacey Vaniter (Matt) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Kylie Chumley, Ella Chumley, Madaline Evans, Brenden Evans, Oliver Smith, Owen Smith, Ava Bergschneider, Charley Poore, Callan Vaniter, Jayse Vaniter, Britton Vaniter, Marnie Carl and Waylon Carl; and his siblings, Dennis Roberts (Trudy) and Linda Maddox (late Danny).
