She was predeceased by: her parents, Frewin Plahn and Madelyn Rose Plahn; her grandchild Jamie McCaherty; her great grandchild Kyle Driver; and her brothers, Bud Plahn and Frank Plahn.
She is survived by: her children, Mila Reichert (Jim) of Franklin, Kellie Knox (Cary) of Hillview, Robert Michael McCaherty (Jill) of Flora and Mark McCaherty (Debby) of Petersburg; her grandchildren, Mikka Dinsmore (Rob), Patrick McCaherty (Megan), Aaron McCaherty (Whitney), Travis McCaherty (Jamie), Shannon Reichert, Amanda Driver (Scott), Lauren Brown (Alex), Dylan Reichert, Ryan Knox (Amy), Sean Knox (Abbey), Allyson Reno (Cade) and Adam Knox; her sister-in-law Joyce Steckel; and her close friend Marilyn Denney (Harp). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
