He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Jonathan (Ashley Campbell) of Carrollton, Michael Campbell (Tobi) of Greenfield, Daniel Campbell and Matthew Campbell (Melissa) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Konnor Campbell, Addison Campbell, Wyatt Campbell, Aubrey Garrison, Kinley and Paisley Osterman; his brother Carl (Liz Campbell) of Jerseyville; his mother-in-law Betty Reif; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Reif (Cathy), Rodney Reif and Robert McPherson.
