He is survived by: his former spouse Barscha Lee Moore of Colorado July; his wife Mary Ann Prough of Carrollton May; his children, Robert E. Richey, Jr. (Danielle Green) of Carrollton, Heather Lansaw (Carey) of Greenfield and Amber Flowers (Chad) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Hayden, Jacob Lansaw, Olivia, Ella Richey, Garrett, Alaina and Hank Flowers; and his brother Lee Richey of Eldred.
