He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henson and Mary Henson (Inman); and his siblings, Charles, Tom, Harvey, Donald, Kenneth, Melvin, Juanita Rice and Alberta Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Betsy Hardwick; his children, Randall A. Henson (Mary) of White Hall, Tammy Isringhausen (Gerald) of Carrollton, Orville Clifton Henson of Carrollton and Brad Henson (Jennifer) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Tiffany Dubois (Ryan), Randall Henson II (Rosemary), Jarrod Isringhausen (Jennifer), Sarah Isringhausen (Evan Adcock), Christa Williams (Greg), Clifton Henson, Joshua Henson (Chelsey), Jaggar Henson (Brenda), Chelsea Taylor (Kyle), Matthew Henson (Jordyn Lurton) and Kenlie Henson; and his sisters, Dorothy Bridges of Palmyra, Grace Sloan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Faye Mills (Gary) of Clinton. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson.
