She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hillis and Lettie Hawley Hillis; her spouse Russell Phillips; and her siblings, Donna Ann Hawkins (Wes) and Rut Hillis (Nancy).
She is survived by: her children, Bob Phillips (Becky) of Franklin, Rick Phillips (Becky) of Carrollton, Joan Staples (Jack) of Carrollton, Peggy Ballard (Kirby) of Carrollton and Carla Scroggins (Dennis) of Berdan; and her siblings, Sonnie Butler (Leo) of Temple, TX and Frank Hillis (Pam) of Carrollton. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren.
