She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert C. Brannan and Estella Brannan (Hyde); her husband Charles H. Tozer; and her sister Lois Childers. She is survived by: her children, Becky Handlin of Rochester, IL, C. H. Tozer (Ronie) of Springfield and Kim Knepler (Bob) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Misty Buscher, Niki Burkey, Tracy Hammitt, Chance Tozer and Chaz Tozer; her great grandchildren, Anthony Buscher, Natasha Shea, Courtney Buscher, Mary Shea, McKenna Shea, Andrew Burkey, Kate Burkey and C. J. Tozer; her brother Gary Brannan of Pittsfield; and also Margaret Peker of Frisco, TX..
