With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyndall T. Cox of Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtland Cox and Edith "Susie" Cox; his brother Stuart Cox; his daughter Carolyn Crum (Tyke) of Roodhouse; and his granddaughter Janelle.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charlotte "Babe" Rodgers, Joyce Chaney, Marilyn Teeters and Dallas Lawrence; the father of his child Dennis Cox (Pam) of Carrollton; his children, Kelly Cox (Rhonda) of Carrollton, Kathy Nolan (Brett Ballinger) of Eldred, Robert "Bobby" Cox of Eldred and Kyle Cox (Dawn) of Carrollton; his stepdaughter Wendy Turner (Tommy) of Jerseyville; and his pets, Bubbles Sr., Gizzy and Bubbles Jr..
In lieu of flowers, Ben would like memorial donations given to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals at http://www.ascpa.org, his grandsons Foundation, The Coltyn Turner Foundation at http://www.thecoltynturnerfoundation.org, or the American Cancer Society in honor of his grandson, Benji Cox.
