He is survived by: his wife Debra Wheeler; his children, Mathew Hoots (Melissa) of Carrollton, Jarod Hoots (Ashton) of Carrollton, Stacey Watson (Greg) of Carrollton and Cassie Pedersen (Brian) of Alton; his grandchildren, Aidan Giberson, Harper, Gracen, Virginia, Emma Hoots, Tyler Watson (Taylor), Jeremy Watson, Lucy Hoots and Quinn Pedersen; his great grandchild Aria Watson; and his brothers, Danny Hoots (Barbara) of Coats, NC and Steven Hoots of Lee's Summitt, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
