He was predeceased by: his parent Glenn Skaggs; and his brothers, Thomas Skaggs (Barbara) and Robert Skaggs (Millie). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Skaggs (Kampmeyer); his children, Suzyn Barrientos (Mario), Carolyn Skaggs and Jonathan Skaggs (Jamie); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Natalie Barrientos, Ivan and Greer Chapple; his brothers, Glenn Skaggs (Elsa) and John Skaggs (Sara); and his child Topsy.
