He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Conrad (Taylor); and his brother-in-law Gary Devening. He is survived by: his child Trinity (Jeremy Kelley) of Wood River; his grandchildren, Angel, David, Anika, Landon, Emily and Katelyn; his sisters, Linda Devening of Jerseyville and Nancy; his brother-in-law Gene Stone of Jerseyville; and his son Matthew Hamby (Tiffany Hamby) of Carrollton.
Memorials may be given to the Conrad family, in care of the funeral home.
