She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harvey and Lawanda Young Harvey; and her siblings, Virginia, Winifred, Mary Louise Harvey, Jama Trinner and David Harvey.
She is survived by: her children, Jolene Carter of Columbia, John Carter (Kristy) of Tulsa, OK and James Carter of Saint Louis, MO; her grandchildren, John Derek, Zachary, Megkinize, Hannah, Jenna and Victoria Carter; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Josephine, Carter Jo and Keegan Segura.
