She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Warren Albert and Sophia June Wilcox Arbogast; her husband James Arthur Cooper, Jr; her children, Michael Rulo, Jr. (Lisa) of Scott City, Brian Rulo of Carrier Mills and Amanda Russell (Rayfard) of Carrier Mills; and her brother Dennis Arbogast of Dupo. She was also cherished by five grandchildren.
