He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren S. Barger and Roena Alma Williams Barger; and his siblings, Mildred McCormick (Richard), Catherine Hurford (Bernard), Maxine Lunsford (Ray), Kathleen Whiteside (Wallace), Gene Barger and Donald Barger.
He is survived by: his spouse Aletta Mae Fulkerson; his daughters, Cindy Simmons (Clay) and Tammy Dodd (Dale); his grandchildren, Ashley Overstreet, Rachel Rorer, Tyler Dunning, Logan Dodd and Morgan Tanner; his great grandchildren, Emma Myers, Conner Rorer, Hannah Rorer and Kennedy Overstreet; his brother Larry Barger; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Barger and Deanna Barger.
