He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howton and Lillian Howton; and his siblings, Kenneth, Norma, Verna, Robert, Margaret, James, Sandra, Kathleen and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Howton; his brothers, Stanley Howton and Gerald Howton (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Phren and Susan Howton. He is also survived by his stepchildren and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blue Funeral Home -Marion (1704 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959).
