We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2023, at the age of 86, Veronica M. Varkalis of Carpentersville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Varkalis; and her siblings, Mary Lattin and Jack Oakey. She is survived by: her son Keith Varkalis (Tammy); her granddaughters, Bryanna, Amanda, Alyssa and Brooke Varkalis; her great grandchildren, Ryland and Raiden Varkalis; and her siblings, Eileen Hnatt (Robert) and James Oakey (Penny). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
