He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Hall and Lillian F. Hall; and his brother Jerry Hall. He is survived by: his wife Diane E.; his children, Denise Hall, Donna Kolbusz (Tony), Thomas J., Jr. Hall (Christina) and Terry Hall; his grandchildren, Breona, Alexis Hall, Anthony, Matthew Kolbusz, Nicholas and Meranda Torres; and his sister Dale Puckett (Kelly). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.
