He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Edwardsen and LaVerne Edwardsen; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his brother Richard "Rick" Edwardsen (Bonnie); his nephew Edward Wm; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony, Jeremy Paul Morgan, Addie Rose Seward, Ariel and Alana Edwardsen. He is also survived by his cousins and many good and faithful friends.

Please omit flowers. Masses would be appreciated or memorials in Tom's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
