He is survived by: his mother Bettie Haberkamp; his siblings, Theresa Whitis (James Whitis) and Tony Haberkamp (Heidi Haberkamp); his nieces, Amanda Reagan (Timothy Reagan) and Abigail Corn (Dustin Corn); his nephew Jon Thomas Haberkamp; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, RaeLynn Corn, Maddie Reagan, Kanen Reagan and Charles Corn.
