He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Miller and Chole Miller; his brothers, Harold and Marvin; his parents-in-law, Edward and Delphine "Dee" Pastuszka; his brothers-in-law, Edward, Jr., Raymond Pastuszka and Carl Josh; and his nephews, Trevor Benefield and Charlie Rickey.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Elizabeth Miller and Rodger A. Jr. Miller (Stacy); his siblings, Jack Miller (Iris), John Miller (Clarinda), Ronny Miller (Angie), Berry Miller (Beth), Randy Miller, Marilyn Miller, Cheryl Milan (Tony), Nancy Bero (Chuck), Kathy, Wayne "Rooster" and John Stringer (Kathy); his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Rickey (Charlie), Mary Daggett (Steve), Janet Josh, Judith King, Stanley Pastuszka (Kim) and Richard Pastuszka (Barbara); and his pets, Trio and Penny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
