Nunzio Portanova Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2020, at the age of 80, Nunzio Portanova of Carpentersville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Portanova and Nancy Portanova (Campanella); and his siblings, Phillip Portanova (late Antonia), Ottavio Portanova (late Santina), Joseph Portanova (late Frances) and Marge Zangara (late Sam).
He is survived by: his siblings, Sam Portanova (Frances), Mario Portanova (Ursula) and Madeline Vazzano (late Pino). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM with a prayer service to begin at 11:30 AM at Willow Funeral Home 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills. (all visitors entering the building must wear a face covering at all times and practice social distancing.) Entombment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
