She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Czerniak and Martha Czerniak; and her husband Richard D. Lewandowski. She is survived by: her children, Christine Helfvogt (Dale), Darrell Lewandowski (Laura), Karen Greene (Tom) and Sharon Lewandowski; her granddaughters, Janice (Abe), Deanna, Amanda (Emmanuel), Katherine and Alison; and her great grandchildren, Emmanuel, Emire, Destiny, Derrick, Chloe, Ethan and Violette. She is also survived by her five nieces and nephews.
