We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2023, at the age of 87, Leona Nemec of Carpentersville, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hajek and Victoria Irene Hajek; her husband Rich; her daughter Christine Nemec; and her siblings, Joseph and Mary Ann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Fairhurst (Bradley) and Caryn Antonelli (Nicholas); her grandchildren, David Fairhurst, Daniel Fairhurst (Jessica), Nicholas Antonelli (Amanda) and Victoria Antonelli; and her sister Joanne Shepski (late Bob). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
