It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Forbes (Carpentersville, Illinois), born in Shelburn, Indiana, who passed away on February 17, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Lisa Adams and Vince Forbes (Jana); his grandchildren, Ryley Adams, Morgan Adams, McKenna Givens (Randy), Kobin Forbes and Zachary Forbes; and his great grandchildren, MaKyla Adams and Noah Givens. He is also survived by five brothers and three sisters.
