He is survived by: his children, Scott Collins, Wendy Hippensteel (Craig) and Craig Collins (Claudia); his grandchildren, Paul (Kyah), Andy and Claire Collins; and his great grandchild Everett Collins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
