He is survived by : his mother Laura Hendrickson (Gary); his children, Derek, Devin, Nicole (Jake) of Illinois ; his grandchildren, Brayden, Jaryn, Zaynin, Myla, Conner and Adalynmof Carlisle, Devin (Amanda), of Newville; his fiancé Alexis Ducre and her son Brannon; his siblings, Michael (Tanya), Lee Strawser (Ashley), Kurt Doporcyk of Illinois, Amy Emlet (Jason) of Gardners, Dawn Jacobs of California and Kim Varas of Illinois; and his step-parents, Barbara Doporcyk of Illinois and Larry Strawser of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
