He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Petzel and Mary Petzel-Wrzepski (Husick); and his sister Cynthia Petzel. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Petzel; his children, Jacqueline Petzel and Geoffrey Petzel (Melissa); and his siblings, Pam Lisack (Tom) and Thomas Petzel (Carmella). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
