He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Mikolajczyk and Helen T. Mikolajczyk (Niewiadomski); and his brother-in-law James Hojnacki. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mikolajczyk (Bullard); his children, Leigh Mikolajczyk (Sarah) and Paige Westrick (Roland); his grandchildren, Caleb (Bethany), Calla, Charlotte, Cora and Cyrus Mikolajczyk; his sister Jacqueline Hojnacki; his brother-in-law James A. Bullard (Paulette); and his nieces and nephews, Joyce Miller (David), JoAnn Hojnacki, Richard and Andrew Bullard. He is also survived by his family and friends.
