He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonardo Ciaccio and Frances Ciaccio; and his siblings, Vita Ciaccio and Albert Ciaccio. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Kitty" Krzysik; his daughters, Julie Pelletiaire of California and Frances Armstrong (Ralph) of Carol Stream; his grandchildren, Chantal Powell, Stephen Pelletiaire, Christopher Armstrong and Jonathan Armstrong; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Watson and Liam Powell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
