Richard G. Terlep Obituary
We bid farewell to Richard G. Terlep of Carol Stream, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 25, 2024 at the age of 83. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Terlep and Hattie Marie Terlep (Speaker); his brothers, Edward Terlep (Gloria) and William Terlep (Minnette); his sister-in-law Carol Terlep; his in-laws, Henry and Cecelia Moerbe (Mores); and his nephew Kerry Terlep.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moerbe; his children, Richard H. Terlep (Beverly) and Susan Hinderman (Matthew); his grandson Norman Terlep; and his brother Marty Terlep. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and treasured friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tezak's Home (1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church (127 S Briggs St, Joliet, IL 60433). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Lockport Cemetery (518 Madison St, Lockport, IL 60441).
