He was predeceased by: his parents, Joann Piotter and Raymond Piotter; and his brother John Piotter. He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Nummer (Russ), Cynthia Piotter, Timothy Piotter (Shani), Patricia Grunow (Keith), Michael Piotter (Maureen), Charles Piotter, Janet Sei, Nancy Sharapata (late John) and Joseph Piotter (Corrine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
