We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2021, at the age of 62, Phillip William Conforti of Carol Stream, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Phillip Conforti (Missy Marren) and Alyssa Conforti; his mother Mildred Conforti; his sister Janet Sloan (Chuck); and his close friend Robert LoPresti.

As a courtesy to the family, all guests are required to wear face masks.
