With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Pimenta (Carol Stream, Illinois), who passed away on April 12, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginaldo Joao Pimenta and Maria Adelia Ramos Mesquita; and his siblings, Edwiges and Eslinda. He is survived by: his wife Maria Lira; his daughters, Lisa Patel (Raju), Giovanna Christian, Paula Meyers (Duncan) and Jennifer Buechele (Tim); and his grandchildren, Kaitlin Kulka (John), Kelly Christian (Andrew Lashbrook), Michael Christian, Samantha Patel, Zachary Meyers, Joshua Meyers, Sara Patel and Jack Patel.
We are asking for donations to the food bank because we know that he would have wanted to help the many people affected by the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to Interfaith Food Pantry, Carol Stream, IL or Northern IL Food Bank, Geneva IL.
