He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Karen Furlong (Mark) of Downers Grove, IL, Randy Carr (Lily) of Science Hill, KY and Jean Vachlon (Kurt) of Lombard, IL; and his grandchildren, Maria Vachlon, Nicole Vachlon, Thomas Carr and Amy Carr.
