He was predeceased by: his parents, Metro Camberis and Adrienne Camberis; and his sister Carole Libbe (Jim). He is survived by: his daughters, Glenbard of North's Music Department, Makena and Eniko; his wife Susan E.; his sister Heather Lutsch (Dan); his nieces and nephews, Brittney Slipher (Stewart), Nicholas Lutsch (Samantha), Grace Eager (Devyn Lien), Gabe Eager, Daniel Eager and Dominic Eager; and also Gimli.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church (525 Church Rd, Elgin, IL 60123). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the River Valley Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for distribution to various organizations Jim was committed to are appreciated.
