He was predeceased by: his wife Arlisle Felten Beers; and his son Douglas Beers. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Cathey (Brad), Ron Beers (Becki), Jan Engel (Kevin) and Cindy Grondahl (Rob); and his grandchildren, Sarah Gordon (James), Amy Mason (Chris), Jon Cathey (Jennie), Jason Beers, Katy Butler (Stetson), Kevin Cathey (Leslie), Allison Berthel (Kyle), Emily Terrell (Trevor), Ryan Grondahl, Luke Engel (Elise) and Jackie Durbha (Nitish). He is also survived by his 53 children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
