She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Dolnack and Michael Dolnack; her husband Frederick Wells, Sr.; her son Frederick Wells, Jr. (Mary); her grandson Thomas James Wells, Jr. (T. J.); and her brother Tom Dolnack.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Wells, Thomas Wells (Debbie), Laura Wells and Judith Wells; her grandchildren, Christine Smith (Kim), Sarah Williams (Nick), T. J. and Brad Wells (Kylee); her great grandchildren, Brady, Mila and Giada; and her brother Jim Dolnack (Joann).
