He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma and Christian. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, John, Naomi and Zachary; his siblings, Brett Leftwich (Navena), Shawn Wynne (Mikel), Andrea Sellers (Phill) and Derrick Gardner; and his brother-in-law Eric Fox (Charisma).
During this time, his extensive contributions to the Wheaton community included serving on the Steering Committee of Churches United for Hardship Assistance; as Treasurer of the Wheaton Leadership Prayer Breakfast; as a Project Coordinator for Feed My Starving Children; and as a Board Member of the Wheaton College Alumni Association.
