Barbara N. Elkins Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Frailey and Aliene Frailey (Thomas Elkins); her brother Gary Frailey; and her son-in-law Keart Winters. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Smythe (Tom), Donna Winters and Diane Drungelo (Charles); her grandchildren, Jason Winters (Jessica), Jessica Bey (Ricky), Jordan Drungelo and Jonathan Smythe; and her great grandchildren, Keara Winters, Emery Bey, Kallie Winters, Elliot Bey and Jaxson Winters. She is also survived by her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
