Alba Benedetti Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2025, at the age of 85, Alba Benedetti of Carol Stream, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph; her daughters, Mary Ann Campobasso (Gino), Joann LaPorte (Joseph) and Rosalia Lentini; her grandchildren, Angela Bloniarz (Richard), Alba Maze (Robert), Luciana Campobasso, Giuseppe Lentini (Ali), Dominick Lentini, Jovanni LaPorte and JonLuca LaPorte; her great grandchildren, Ava, Lucas and Luca; and her siblings, Filomena Patano (Nunzio), Maria Rubino (Filippo), Giuseppe and Christina Mitarotondo. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Humes Funeral Home (320 W Lake St, Addison, IL 60101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the St Isidore Parish (427 W Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale, IL 60108).
