Winnie Rector Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2023, at the age of 91, Winnie Rector of Carmi, Illinois, born in Granite City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick R. Bolliger and Mildred Bolliger (Voelkel); her husband George William "Bill" Rector; her son Robert Hayden "Bob" Rector; and her grandson Billy Rector.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Rector (Janet) of Flora, IL and Georganne Clark (Bill) of McFarland, WI; her grandchildren, Bryan Clark (Rachel), Kathryn Neary (Steve), Joshua Rector and Jenny Cain (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Owen, Oliver, Quinn, Leo, Louis and Tigerlily.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Winifred's memory to the White County Historical Society, or to donor's choice, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
