Wava Joyce Burnett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2024, at the age of 86, Wava Joyce Burnett of Carmi, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George William Jordan and Florence Hoy (Meredith); her husband Frank D. Burnett; her siblings, James Hoy, Shirley Hamilton, Donna Sluder, Joanne James, Mary Jane Buckner, Agnes Rodgers, Neta Meyers and Sherrill Jordan; and her grandson Derrick Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Burnett (Denise), Kevin Burnett (Tara), Alan Burnett (Cheryl), Mary-Ann Burnett and Carolyn Clifford; her grandchildren, Matthew Burnett (Melinda), Amy Kauffman (Alvin), Luke Burnett (Maria), Stephanie Graham, Johnnie Clifford (Tanya), Melinda Reel (Greg), Justin Burnett (Stephanie), Kyle Burnett (Ella Carter), Chad Burnett, Hunter Williams, Levi Williams, Dayna Siegel (Mason), Jacob Burnett and Andrew Burnett; and her siblings, Donald Jordan, Brenda Barbre, Gene Jordan and Cathy Garrett. She is also survived by 28 great- grandchildren; 11 great-great- grandchildren.
