She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Duvall and Ada Duvall (Stuart); and her sister Carolyn Joyce Embry. She is survived by: her husband Louis Ackerman Bingman; her children, Tony Bingman of Norris City and Connie Kisner (Jeff) of Carmi; her siblings, David Duvall (Janet) of Carmi, Marilyn Hawkins and Wanda Buttery of Carmi; and her grandson Koby Kisner.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Vonda's memory to the Carmi Public Library.
