Verla F. Anselment Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verla F. Anselment of Carmi, Illinois, born in Burnt Prairie, Illinois, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Stahl and Pearl Stahl (Taylor); her husband John E. Anslement; and her brothers, Dale, Orin, Carson, John and Walter Stahl.
She is survived by: her daughter Lana Anselment (Ben LaBudde); and her sisters-in-law, Pat Stahl and Deane Anselment Fleck. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Verla's memory to Pets at Risk, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
