He was predeceased by: his mother Vonda Bingman (Duvall); and his aunts and uncles, Harold T. Bingman, Clinton Bingman, Arthur Bingman, Carolyn Joyce Embry and Mildred Barbre.
He is survived by: his father Louis Bingman; his sister Connie Kisner (Jeff); his uncle David Duvall (Janet); his aunts, Marilyn Hawkins and Wanda Buttery; and his nephew Koby Kisner.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Carmi Public Library and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is in charge of arrangements.
