She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Thompson and Margaret Thompson (Hosick); her uncles, Rick Ingram and Terry Thompson; and her cousin Taylor Cokley.
She is survived by: her daughter Shaley Finchem; her brother Brian Thompson (Nedra); her nephew Jesse Thompson (Kassie); her great-nephews, Wyatt and Sloan; her uncle Dean Hosick (Sheila); her aunts, Brenda Ingram and Cindy Shaffer (Chris); her close friends, Danny Brines, Debra Woodard, Raychell Stayton and Ricky Oglesby; and also, Katie and Jonathan.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Toni's memory to Enfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center's Activity Department, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
