He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruthe Shultz; his children, Heather Talley (Darin Whetstone) of Carmi, Kate Simmons (Justin) of Carmi and Ben Talley (Jill) of Florence, KY; his father Leon Talley of Grayville; his brother Greg Talley (Dana) of Carterville; his stepchildren, Juston Jacoby of Carmi and Crystal Jacoby; his grandchildren, Kelsi Mann, Abby Barnard, Evan, Ava, Olivia Talley, Caroline, Claire Simmons, Kaylana Boone, Dylan Jacoby, Alexandria Bell and Kadin Jacoby; and his great grandchildren, Harper Mann and Brooks Barnard.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the Baptist Children's Home and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home.
