She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Taylor and Johnnie Taylor (Cook); her husband Robert L. "Bob" Brockett; her siblings, Pat, Mike, Pete, Wylie, Aubrey Taylor, Agnes and Verna Pearl; and her son-in-law Arthur Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Serafini (Nancy) of Freeport, IL., Robert Earl Brockett (Kay) of Carmi, IL., William R. Brockett (Betty) of Pontiac, IL., Jannie Powell of Carmi, IL and David P. Brockett (Vickie Flowers) of Carmi, IL.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
