She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Shipley Sr.; her brother Jerry Shipley Jr.; her parents-in-law, Claude and Betty James; and her brother-in-law Paul W. James.
She is survived by: her mother Maxine Shipley (Anderson) of Eurkea, IL; her husband Eddie James of Carmi, IL; her children, Katie Brown of Carmi, IL. and Elijah James of Crossville, IL; her stepson Jesse Franklin of Maunie, IL; her sisters, Carla Buckner (Jerome) of Jacksonville, FL, Roberta Moye of Corpus Christi, TX and Debbie Lizarrago (Chuito) of Williams, AZ; and her siblings-in-law, Vivian Brown (Noal) of Crossville, IL and Alfred James (Bobbi) of El Paso, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Sheila's memory to her family, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
