He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. and Ona Doerner (Forrester); his sister Martha Lee Klum; and his niece Patricia Edman. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter Kathy Taylor of Burnt Prairie; his son-in-law Jim Taylor of Burnt Prairie; his son Terry Doerner of Carmi; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Gwaltney, Elizabeth Gwaltney, Gracyn, Whitley, Violet and Caleb Barbre. He is also survived by two grandchildren and their spouses, Misty and Bucky Gwaltney and Brandon and Jennifer Barbre; two step-grandchildren.
